Issue
A teammate can open the place but cannot upload, configure, or use required group assets.
Cause
Experience editing and asset-management permissions are separate capabilities.
Fix
Grant only the relevant asset permission through the correct Creator Hub role and confirm asset ownership. Do not solve the problem by making every contractor a group administrator. Keep publishing and financial permissions restricted.
Verify
Test upload and configuration with a harmless asset, then remove any temporary permission that is no longer needed.
