An image, audio item, model, or experience action fails after moderation and the creator cannot locate the decision.
Cause
Checking only email or the website can miss Studio-integrated moderation notifications.
Fix
Open the moderation notification area in Studio, identify the exact asset and policy result, and use the provided appeal path when appropriate. Do not repeatedly reupload the same rejected content, because that can create additional enforcement.
Verify
Confirm the appeal references the correct asset ID and that the replacement content is not still using a cached moderated asset.
