Team Create access works for the wrong group project

Issue
A developer can access one similarly named place but not the production project the team intended.

Cause
Ownership, universe, place, and group role are being treated as one permission when they are separate.

Fix
Confirm the universe ID and owner on Creator Hub, then inspect the exact role assignment and collaboration permissions. Remove duplicate test places from shortcuts and label nonproduction universes clearly.

Verify
Open the target from Creator Hub rather than Recent Places and confirm owner, universe, and place IDs before editing.
