Cause
The task lacks boundaries, project context, and an approved implementation plan.
Fix
Use Planning Mode first. Name the exact feature owner, files, security rules, interfaces, and acceptance tests. Review the plan before execution, work from version control, and keep purchases, saving, and RemoteEvent validation under manual review.
Verify
Diff every changed object, run the feature tests, and confirm no unrelated script or DataModel branch changed.
